The Temple Trustees wish to invite all devotees and well-wishers to celebrate the auspicious occasion of our Lord Ganesh’s birthday on 27-08-2025 Wednesday. As usual, we have embarked on celebrating this special day of our Lord in a grand manner. The festivities will start as early as 4.30am and go on till 10.00pm.
The first Pooja will start at 5.00am and the last at 7.30pm.
This year our lord going to be in procession in the special manjam(chariot)

The term ‘sangadahara’ means the remover of obstacles and difficulties with a focus on divine intervention against these challenges. This is a significant spiritual and cultural observance upon Lord Ganesha who is also the God of prosperity and wisdom. Chanting Ganesha mantras and slokas is an essential aspect of the pooja itself to invoke his blessings. Some devotees observe fasting to purify the mind and soul. This fosters a deeper connection to the divine and it is a time for spiritual cleansing, to stay disciplined and to strengthen community bonds by sharing the mahaprasad amongst friends and families.
